Please note. The way we publish the Programme is changing. After half term you will need to log on to our Yahoo! group in order to see it.
As well as the calendar there will be discussion groups and an area to upload any photos you want adding to the website. In the files area will be permission forms and letters as well as meeting minutes. The database will, I think, be useful for entering leaders and Scouts contact details.
Because the group is private – the leaders have to approve all requests to join - only leaders, Scouts and parents will be able to view information. This means a lot more information can be put in the programme. Anything added to the group will have to be approved by a moderator, i.e. the leaders.
